Important Information
  • Punctuality is key: Please arrive 15 minutes early for your Penguin Encounter at the Acuario Inbursa entrance.
  • Please follow our staff's instructions at all times.
  • Upon arrival, notify our staff that your ticket includes the Penguin Encounter Experience. They will guide you to the interaction area.
  • Please present your Penguin Encounter ticket before entering the experience.
  • Age: This activity is for guests ages 4 and up.
  • Children (ages 4–11) may participate as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult. Guests 12 and older may join the Penguin Encounter independently.
  • No electronic devices (phones, cameras, tablets) are allowed during the interaction.
  • Capacity: Each session is limited to a maximum of 9 people. Secure your spot!

  • General Admission: $330 per person.
  • Shark Pass: $420 per person when purchased online at least one day in advance.
  • Horarios Acuario Inbursa: De lunes a domingo de 10:00 a 18:00 horas.
  • Horarios Acuario Interactivo: De lunes a domingo de 10:00 a 18:30 horas.

Take your photos!
You are welcome to take as many photos as you like at no extra cost, provided you do not use a flash. Please note that professional equipment such as tripods, external lenses, etc., is not permitted.
¡Ponte cómodo!Dentro del maravilloso Mundo Marino recorrerás tres pisos subterráneos y una planta baja, así que ponte cómodo y recuerda que no se permite el acceso con alimentos y bebidas (no contamos con paquetería/lockers).
¡Ten un recorrido fluido!Para lograr un recorrido fluido y placentero evita el ingreso con carriolas.
¡No contamos con paquetería/lockers!Por lo que se te recomienda no ingresar con bolsas y/o mochilas.

Queremos que tu experiencia sea única. Por eso, al momento de la interacción te proporcionaremos una chamarra especial, cuyo uso es obligatorio debido a la baja temperatura del área. Así podrás disfrutar la actividad con total comodidad.
