Take your photos!

You are welcome to take as many photos as you like at no extra cost, provided you do not use a flash. Please note that professional equipment such as tripods, external lenses, etc., is not permitted.

Get comfortable!
Inside our wonderful Marine World, you will explore three underground levels and a ground floor. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes. Please remember that outside food and drinks are not allowed.

Keep it smooth!
To ensure a smooth and pleasant journey for everyone, we recommend avoiding the use of strollers during the tour.

No Locker/Storage Service!
We do not have lockers or a coat check on-site. We strongly recommend that you do not bring large bags or heavy backpacks.

• Acuario Inbursa: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Acuario Interactivo: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Your General Admission ticket includes access to both Acuario Inbursa and Acuario Interactivo.

INAPAM (Seniors) and PCD (People with Disabilities): $250 MXN per person. Children: Kids aged 3 and older require a paid ticket.

Please note: All discounts are applied exclusively at the on-site ticket office.

From Metro Polanco – Chapultepec: Take the bus (camión) heading toward Avenida Horacio at the corner of Calle Ferrocarril de Cuernavaca. After getting off, walk two blocks to the right toward Plaza Carso, where you will find Acuario Inbursa.

From Cuatro Caminos: Walk along Calzada Ingenieros Militares and take the bus toward “Buenavista”; it will drop you off right in front of the Aquarium. From Metro San Joaquín: You can take a combi (shuttle van) or microbús (small bus) that will drop you off in front of Plaza Carso and Acuario Inbursa.

From Metro Normal – Periférico: Take the combi heading toward Ejército Nacional. Get off at the intersection with Ferrocarril de Cuernavaca; Acuario Inbursa will be on your right.

Plaza Carso / Pabellón Polanco: Get a 50% discount on weekends by presenting your Acuario Inbursa ticket.
